DON ADAMS
PRESIDENT

With 25 years experience as a group travel agent and a love of travel, Don opened Kelly Tours, named after his wife, in 1996. Don has passed his love of adventure and travel to his three daughters. The family often joins our trips, so keep an eye out and see if you can spot the Adams on tour within our website.

DAVID CHASON
VICE PRESIDENT

David has been at Kelly Tours for over 10 years managing day-to-day operations and the student tour department. David assists both experienced and first time teachers in creating and planning educational field trips for their students. He also works closely with each salesperson at Kelly Tours to ensure each and every tour provides a memorable and enjoyable experience for every traveler. David is always available to help a group leader plan their next trip, although occasionally he may answer your call, email or text from one of his two favorite places: the beach or in Gainesville, FL cheering on the Florida Gators! Go Gators!

STEPHEN UPDEGRAFF
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Stephen UpDeGraff has 7 years of experience in the group travel industry. Along with his daily responsibilities in sales, he also oversees all of our reservations and bookings. Stephen has also escorted many group trips, so while we rarely let him out of the office, he is a great resource for help planning your trip.

MAYOR OF KELLY TOURS

Everyone’s friend and buddy, Jack Adams joined his wife Carolyn in Heaven this year. A retired marine, Jack began escorting tours and helping at the Kelly Tours office at the beginning of the company in 1996. He loved watching Kelly Tours grow and is missed greatly by our staff. Thank you, Jack, and we love you!

RACHAEL YATES
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Rachael has worked in marketing for over 14 years and is glad to be working in the travel industry where there are so many beautiful destinations to advertise. She is a “die hard” cat person, living with a “die hard” bird person, making for a lively home life!

JENELLE GRUBBS
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

As well as being our HR, Jenelle manages all of the online and office payments for trips and is always available to clients who have payment questions. She lives in happy chaos with her husband and their four children, and is known for her infectious laughter.

JOYCE GRANT
LEAD TOUR DIRECTOR

Joyce has been with Kelly Tours for 10 years and is a licensed Savannah tour guide. She performs all of our local tours including Girl Scout tours. She is also our MOST REQUESTED group tour escort and has traveled throughout the United States extensively.

CHIP TORGERSON
GROUP RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Chip has been with Kelly Tours for 5 years and enjoys planning and overseeing the logistics of our student travel groups. He brings experience from the Army and hospitality management industry with him. He, his wife and two children have recently relocated to upstate SC. In his spare time, he enjoys music, genealogy, and cooking.

EMILIA PORTO
RESERVATIONS MANAGER

Emilia received her degree in hospitality and has never looked back. She is a wonderful resource for information about planning exciting educational destinations with a focus in the Florida and Washington DC areas. Emilia is a joy for both staff and trip planners to work with and has earned the nickname of “The Princess” of reservations for her sweet and helpful disposition. Emilia is also a proud new mom of baby boy Dean!

GREG WYNN
OPERATIONS & QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Greg has come to us from Volvo with over 25 years of Operational and Customer Service experience in both the commercial and industrial field. He studied at South College, Savannah State and Barnes University in Cleveland, Ohio. Greg brings his vast experience to Kelly Tours to make sure that every trip taken with us is an enjoyable one.

MARK LOFTON
PROJECT MANAGER

Mark comes to Kelly Tours with a diverse business background. He has worked as a corporate pilot, a transportation insurance agent and in the renewable energy field. Mark handles special projects for Kelly Tours along with the insurance program.

MANISH PAUDYAL
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Manish received his undergrad degree from Savannah State University and brings with him 7 plus years of technology experience from AT&T. He was born in Nepal so travelling is his second nature. His travel bucket list includes Peru, Italy, Greece, and Australia to name a few. He is happily married to his wife, Sujita and are expecting their first born.

GWIN BAKER
GROUP TRAVEL SPECIALIST

Gwin is new to Kelly Tours, but not new to planning trips and traveling. After 40 years as an insurance agent, she is now full time in the travel industry. Gwin escorts many group trips and works in our reservations and booking department. With many years of customer service experience, we are sure that you would enjoy speaking or traveling with Gwin!

BRANDY GUNTER
TOUR/HOTEL RESERVATION SPECIALIST

Brandy has been a part of the Kelly Tours Family for the past 3 yrs. using her excellent communication skills and friendly attitude to assist customers over the phone, through email, and in person. Along with booking trips for our fabulous clients, she has moved into a new position in our Hotel Department making sure that our students and adults have the best when it comes to hotels. On another note, Brandy was born and raised in Savannah, GA and lives happily with her husband, two daughters, dog, and cat. Not by choice, referring to her cat and dog.

RESERVATIONS COORDINATOR

Jenna is our newest Kelly Tours Family member who is eager to greet all of our customers with well-informed assistance and a smile. Jenna is passionate about lots of things, but providing excellent customer service, and her pets are her top two. She looks forward to making your travel experience worry-free.

ACCOUNTING
Jasmine joins the Kelly Tours office with over 20 years in the banking and customer service industries. Overall bringer of joy, Jasmine adds a unique flair to the Kelly Tours Accounting department. Have some numbers that need crunching? Jasmine is your girl. She even has a tiny lightbulb lamp on her desk that perfectly represents all of her brilliant ideas.
MARION HAYNES
RECEPTIONIST

Marion has been with Kelly Tours for over 5 years. She started as a Customer Service Representative for K-Shuttle and now works in the home office. She is a mother and grandmother that loves to cook and bake.

HOTEL CONTRACTOR

Julie joined Kelly Tours in April, 2016. She brings 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, including 25 great & crazy years in hotel sales & marketing. She thought she had resigned from hotels, but Mr. Adams had other ideas, and she is happy that he did! “It’s rather fun being on the other side of the table”. Julie is a Savannah native, married with a teenage daughter, two grown sons and a granddaughter.

COMPTROLLER

Beverly came Kelly Tours with a background in the accounting & transportation industries. She is responsible for the daily financial operations of the company. Her off time is spent having fun with her family, especially with her only granddaughter, Emma! Sorry girls and hubby!

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Melissa achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics and Intermodal Transportation from Georgia Southern University and has been working in the field for 12 years. She recently came to us from Brunswick with her wonderful four-year-old son named Mason who keeps her just as busy as Kelly Tours does.

CHARTER SALES

Cara, a native Floridian (yes, they do exist) worked as a driver for film and television in the Orlando area for 12 years. After relocating to Georgia and becoming a member of Kelly Tours, she quickly took over our Charter Sales department and always treats our clients to her trademark sunny Floridian smile!

Stephanie comes to Kelly Tours with over 20 years of outside sales and management experience. Her background in the beverage industry has helped her cultivate many relationships in the Savannah area. She is excited to use her love of building customer relationships at Kelly Tours. As an alumni of The University of Georgia, Stephanie loves to cheer on her Bulldogs. She loves to travel with her husband Les and daughter Sarah Kate.

SHELLEY RINER
GRAYLINE SALES MANAGER

With over 25 years of experience in customer service and over 6 years in the Savannah hospitality industry, Shelley is a great addition to Kelly Tours – Gray Line Savannah. You might catch her in our office answering questions about our local tours and day trip excursions, or driving groups out and about the area. She shares a deep love for the historic district and local community with her Veteran husband, Frankie, and their four children Heather, Seth, Logan, and brand new baby boy Hudson!

JOSHUA GREER
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Joshua Greer has over six years of experience in the travel industry and over five years in hotel management, giving him a unique ability to understand and anticipate the needs of any group coming to the Savannah and Hilton Head area. From greeting guests at the airport to assisting in guiding hundreds of guests into their motor coaches or shuttles Joshua will be hands on to ensure your group has a wonderful experience.

SAFETY DIRECTOR

Joe comes to us with an extensive background in the Safety field. Working for Republic Services in the sanitation business for over 22 years, he brings with him a wealth of knowledge in routing, logistics, operations, and DOT/OSHA regulations. With his wife, Kelley, and daughter, who graduates next year from GSU, Joe resides in Statesboro. With continued strong growth in the Kelly Tours future, he will keep us compliant and help to keep our drivers focused on safety.

PATRICIA DAVIS
SAFETY ADMINISTRATOR

Patricia joined the Kelly Tours in September and brings over twenty years of experience with DOT, OSHA and Safety Compliance Administration. She is excited to be able to put her experience in Safety to work for Kelly Tours. She has one daughter and two grand daughters and her time with them means everything to her. She enjoys going to their games and school functions and to the gym.

BAILEY BROWN
GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Bailey has been a Graphic Designer for 10 years and moved to Savannah from California, where she was born and raised, a little over a year ago. When she isn’t behind a computer, she spends most of her time exploring and camping in the outdoors with her husband!

SAM HALL
SUPPLY & MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Sam is new to the charter industry. He comes to us from Great Dane Trailers with a background in maintenance and construction. Part of his daily routine is tracking bus maintenance in concerns with part invoices and preventative maintenance scheduling. Sam, also helps out by checking bus electronics before departures, and performs some of the preventative maintenance. Sam does not like pictures.
