Board your luxury Kelly Tours coach and meet your tour escort then travel north west into the state of Tennessee and the town of Lynchburg, home to Jack Daniels Whiskey. Although a competitor of Kentucky Bourbon, Jack Daniels is still one of the bestselling and well-known brands in the World and this afternoon we will find out why with a tour and tasting at the Distillery. We join one of the seasoned storyteller guides for a tour through Mr. Jack’s distillery and learn all about the old-time Tennessee whiskey-making process. The tour ends at the historic Barrel House 1-14, where you’ll linger over and sip five of Jack Daniels most popular whiskeys and liqueurs. Check into our hotel followed by an included Welcome Dinner, Tennessee Style! D

After Breakfast we continue our journey into the state of Kentucky and into Bluegrass Country and the Bourbon Capital of the World. Here in Clermont, KY is located the Jim Beam’s American Stillhouse. Get an up close and intimate look at Jim Beam Bourbon and how it’s made. On this guided tour, you’ll walk in the footsteps of seven generations of Beam Family Master Distillers as they take you through the entire journey of bourbon production, from its pure beginning in natural limestone water all the way through the mashing, distilling, barreling, aging and bottling. Continue into Louisville for the overnight and an included dinner. B D

Kentucky is not only known for Bourbon, its also known for its Equestrian pursuits and the world famous Kentucky Derby horse race. So, this morning we will head out to the Race Course of Churchill Downs and experience the Kentucky Derby Museum, the most dynamic and unique celebration known worldwide as the “Greatest Two Minutes in Sports”. Get an up close and personal view of the event that has WOW-ed the world for over 145 years. This afternoon we spend on Whiskey Row with a visit to the Evan William Bourbon Experience. Step back in time to meet Kentucky’s first licensed distiller, Evan Williams. Along the way, you will visit recreations of the Louisville wharf in the late 18th Century, as well as Whiskey Row along Main Street from the 1890’s through the present. You’ll learn how Heaven Hill’s modern Bernheim Distillery operates and discover how it is different from distilling in Evan’s era. Then, you will see a combination of the two—a state-of-the-art, modern, operating distillery utilizing the same type of pot stills as the early Bourbon-making days. End the tour with 3 Bourbon tastings. On own this evening to enjoy the thriving culinary scene of Louisville. B

Bid farewell to Louisville and drive east to the town of Frankfort and the Buffalo Trace Distillery. Here, walk amidst the path of rolling bourbon barrels and be captivated by the alluring smell and atmosphere of bourbon sleeping inside the aging warehouses. Then you will go inside the renowned Blanton’s Bottling Hall where you will see signature bourbons being filled, sealed, labeled, and packaged—all by hand. Finally enjoy a tasting of some of their award-winning products. Our next stop is at the Woodford Reserve Distillery where we’ll follow this unique bourbon’s production process ending of course with a tasting. Our final stop today is at the Wild Turkey Distillery where master distillers have stayed true to a tradition from before Prohibition. Follow their path with a tour of the distillery perched at the top of Wild Turkey Hill then enjoy a tasting in the impressive new visitor’s center overlooking the Kentucky River. Overnight in Bardstown with an included dinner. B D

Following Breakfast enjoy some free time in downtown Bardstown before visiting our final distillery of the trip, Makers Mark. See the barrels aging sweetly beneath the blown-glass installment, and don’t forget to dip your own bottle in the gift shop! We must then start our journey back towards home with an overnight in Nashville and a farewell dinner. B D

Continue onto home with an arrival in the mid afternoon. B
