Kelly Tours provides a wide variety of travel opportunities from day trips, to overnight programs, international tours, and extended sojourns. The following provides information on Payment Options, Trip Deposits, Cancellation Policy, and more. Please review it carefully. Listed below are the options you have to book a trip with Kelly Tours. Each option requires you to know the trip number for the trip you wish to register.
Trip Deposits & Payments
RESERVATIONS will be accepted on a first come, first-serve basis. Per Person Trip Deposits are required to confirm your reservation.

* Passports are required for all cruises and international trips, including Canada.
DAY TRIPS are to be paid in full.
FINAL PAYMENT for bus tours is due 45 days prior to trip departure date unless otherwise noted. Cruises and trips involving air, final payment is due 90 days prior to trip departure.
TOUR PRICES ARE PER PERSON AND INCLUDE round-trip motorcoach transportation, hotel accommodations for each night of the tour’s itinerary based on double occupancy (we do not provide roommates), all admissions and tours as listed, tour director, (Kelly Tours will purchase the Group Protection Plan on behalf of all participants on bus trips that cost more than $500.00), baggage handling and meals listed by B-breakfast, L-lunch, D-dinner (including meal gratuities). Tour package does not include meals not listed as (B L D), souvenirs, or gratuity for the driver and/or the escort. We suggest $4 per person – per day for the driver and $4 per person – per day for the escort. Tour prices with airfare included are subject to change based on flight availability and airport of departure.
Day trip payments are transferable, but non-refundable MINUS the cost of show(s) or event tickets.
On multi-day trips less than $499, there is no cancellation penalty if a trip is canceled 45 days prior to departure. A $200 cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation occurs inside of 45 – 14 days before the trip date, and $300 if the trip is canceled within 14 days of the trip.
For trips of $500 or more, all payments are non-refundable. On these trips, Kelly Tours has purchased the Group Protection Plan on behalf of all participants.
For cruise or trips involving airfare, all payments are non-refundable. Optional Trip Insurance Coverage is available for purchase.
FINAL INFORMATION INCLUDING departure points and times, hotel phone numbers, luggage tags, what to bring and an updated itinerary, will be mailed out three weeks prior to trip departure.
LUGGAGE SERVICE on overnight tours is limited to one large bag per person. You may also bring a small carry-on for which you are responsible. Remember not to overpack. Trips involving air travel will require payment for luggage at the airport on certain airlines (at this time, count on $25 per bag each way). The luggage must weigh less than 50lbs, or the airlines will impose an overweight fee.
TOURS INVOLVING FLYING to a destination will require the traveler to meet at the airport. Airfare is subject to change.
ALTERATIONS Kelly Tours reserves the right to alter or vary a trip’s itinerary to ensure that quality standards are provided. This would only happen in an exceptional situation and an equal replacement will be substituted for any alterations.
Parking and Pick-Up Points
MOTORCOACH TOURS found throughout this catalog and website will depart from various points. See the inside cover for details.
ALONG THE WAY PICK-UPS: Contact Kelly Tours if you live along the route of the tour and we will pick you up at a suitable point along the way.
GROUPS OF TEN: For groups of 10 or more, Kelly Tours will pick you up in your hometown. Please note that this option requires planning and Kelly Tours must approve additional pickups at least 30 days prior to the departure date. Additional pickups from our Macon, Brunswick, Jacksonville, and Charleston offices and will be confirmed on a per trip basis and posted on the final documents. Please note that Kelly Tours is not responsible for your car or items in your car when parked at any of the above locations.
Kelly Tours has partnered with Travel Insured International. For all motorcoach trips priced $500 or more, Kelly Tours has purchased the Group Protection Plan on behalf of all participants. This is an added benefit to the traveler which covers a wide variety of problems that could occur before or during a trip. Book trips with confidence that your investment is protected! The following information is a summary of coverage provided by Kelly Tours and Travel Insured International.
TRIP CANCELLATION or INTERRUPTION
The Insurer will pay a benefit, up to the maximum shown on the Schedule of Coverage and Services, if you are prevented from taking or continuing your covered trip due to the following unforeseen events:
- Sickness, Accidental Injury, or death of You, Your Traveling Companion, or a Family Member or Business Partner of You or Your Traveling Companion which results in medically imposed restrictions as certified by a Physician at the time of loss, preventing Your continued participation in the Trip. A Physician must advise cancellation of the Trip on or before the scheduled departure date.
- Strike, weather, or termination from your job
- You are quarantined, required to serve on a jury, or are required to appear as a witness
- Bankruptcy or default of your travel supplies
- A politically motivated terrorist attack occurs within the limits of the city listed on your itinerary
- You are military personnel and called to emergency duty or called to active military duty
- You are involved in a traffic accident while en route to departure
- Natural disasters and/or mandatory evacuation at your destination
- Normal pregnancy or attending the childbirth of your family member
All cancellations must be reported directly to the Travel Supplier within 72 hours of the event causing the need to cancel, unless the event prevents it, and then as soon as is reasonably possible.
