Meet your Kelly Tours coach and travel north toward New England. There will be plenty of rest breaks and a stop for lunch (on own) in-route. Water and snacks will also be available onboard the coach. Dinner at Cracker Barrel is included before we check into our Virginia hotel, located just outside of Washington, DC, for the night. D

After breakfast we continue our journey to Connecticut and the amazing Foxwoods Casino. Check into the Great Cedar Hotel, attached to the Casino, for an evening of relaxation and indulgence with the best casino gaming in the Northeast. A $10 slot play is included. B

We’ll continue today to Massachusetts to explore the City of Boston. Known as the Cradle of Liberty, Boston played a crucial role in the story of America. We’ll meet a local guide for a tour of The Freedom Trail, a 2.5-mile route that will take you past 16 historically significant sites. Enjoy the many neighborhoods of the city, including affluent Beacon Hill, Irish “Southie,” Italian North End, and historic Back Bay. Cross the Charles River to Boston’s sister city, Cambridge, home to Harvard University and “Harvard yard.” End at Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market, a pedestrian only area offering a large variety of vendor eateries and wonderful shopping options. We’ll depart Boston and head out onto the Cape Cod peninsular and the town of Hyannis. After checking into our hotel, prepare for a real treat: a traditional New England Lobster Bake, featuring Clam “Chowda,” succulent Cape Cod Lobster, steamers and much more. Plastic Bibs are, of course, provided! B D

Today we’ll board the high-speed “Steamship Authority” ferry to the Island of Nantucket, one of the highlights of the trip. Also known as “The Grey Lady,” this tiny, isolated island has no traffic lights, no fast food restaurants, and no highways. The wharves and cobblestones streets of downtown Nantucket are lined with restaurants, boutiques, steepled churches, and old-fashioned lamp posts. Enjoy dinner this evening on your own (more lobster, anyone?) before returning via ferry to Hyannis. B

Bid farewell to Cape Cod as we begin our journey home. Upon entering Rhode Island, the smallest of the New England states, we’ll stop in Newport. Home to the rich and famous, this picturesque fishing town offers a vibrant harbor area, perfect for an early lunch stop. We then continue south through New York State and Pennsylvania, with an included dinner in-route, before overnighting in Baltimore, MD. B D

Continue the journey home after a wonderful LobsterFest trip to Cape Cod with memories that will last a lifetime! B
